VOLT METER
Voltmeter is the tool most widely used to measure the magnitude of the voltage in an electrical circuit. To use the voltmeter in conjuction with existing cable at the ends of the active electronic components, such as active capacitor, resistor is active, the active diode, transistor is on, current transformers and other active components.
